3D MAP + SITE PLAN OVERLAY

Service Description

The 3D Mapping service includes the still photography and videography. Benefits include tracking quantities of cut and fill that has been moved after clearing and grubbing. This assists in the execution of contracts and making sure that elevations are being met per design. When you provide us with a site plan we can overlay that document over the map we create of your project to track progress and assist in monitoring that roads, utilities, & other design elements are in their approximate correct location. This service can be used as an early on rough survey by drone.* Real Estate professionals now use the 3D models to provided and interactive exterior view of the asset. It allows for zooming in/out, panning. *(Aerial survey via drone & 3D mapping is not nearly as accurate due to trees and other obstructions but is a rough guide. It is not for use in actual planning and measurements. Do not use it to estimate anything).
